Prohibited for vendors:
- Liquor (allowed only for Sponsors)
- Weapons, tasers, self-defense items, knives (including decorative)
- Counterfeit products (including using artwork or designs by another business without permission)
- CBD products (only hemp is allowed)
- Non family-friendly items
- Political, religious recruitment & distribution of related materials
- Timeshare vacation rental companies, including those with sweepstakes & ”giveaways”
- Sales agents & lead generation for real estate, loans, life insurance, home improvement
- Metaphysical services: tarot reading, palm reading, psychic reading, energy healing, etc
- MLMs / direct sales / network marketing including:
- Monat, Lularoe, Senegence LipSense, Rodan + Fields, Mary Kay, DoTerra, Pure Romance, Pampered Chef, Color Street, Origami Owl, Paparazzi Accessories, Herbalife, Nerium, Gold Canyon Candles, Premier Designs Jewelry, Nice & Bella, Le-Vel Thrive, Usborne, Tupperware, Naturally Plus/NPUSA, Thirty-one Gifts, Kyani, Stella & Dot, etc
- Stinky tofu / fermented tofu
- On-site production of frozen dairy & non-dairy products (e.g. rolled ice cream).
- Vendors must have a CDFA dairy license tied to a brick and mortar location or a food truck with a CDFA dairy license.
